A Key Modernization for a High-End Yacht
In order to align the yacht with the latest technological standards and ensure optimal system performance, a full upgrade of its automation and audio visual infrastructure was carried out.
As certified Crestron integrators, we were entrusted with this strategic transformation, delivering a robust and fully integrated solution adapted to the yacht’s specific constraints.
Upgrade of Legacy Lutron and AMX Systems
The yacht was initially equipped with Lutron lighting and AMX control systems, which had become outdated in terms of user experience and system interoperability.
As part of the refit, these legacy systems were fully removed and replaced with a centralized Crestron platform.
Known for its high level of integration, reliability and long-term scalability, Crestron offers a seamless control environment tailored to the complex requirements of modern superyachts.
Cabling Preservation and System Identification
As part of the refit strategy, the existing cabling infrastructure was retained to avoid unnecessary structural modifications.
A comprehensive identification and mapping of all cables was performed prior to system decommissioning, ensuring full traceability and integration readiness.
This engineering-driven approach enabled a seamless transition to the new Crestron platform, while optimizing installation efficiency and minimizing disruption onboard.
Seamless Centralized Control with Crestron
The newly deployed Crestron platform provides fully centralized control of all onboard systems, including lighting, shading and audio visual environments.
Designed with custom user interfaces, the system offers a smooth and intuitive experience for both crew and guests, allowing effortless control of the yacht’s key functions.
This integrated approach ensures enhanced comfort, operational efficiency and a seamless user experience onboard.
The system is also designed to be scalable, allowing future upgrades and extensions as needed.
