Refit VIMAR By Me
Migration to By-me Plus for Sunseeker Yachts & 30–50m Units
ITE Yachting recently completed the full migration of a Vimar By-me automation system to the latest By-me Plus architecture on a 40-meter yacht undergoing refit.
This type of configuration is widely found on many Sunseeker yachts, as well as on numerous 30–50m vessels built between 2010 and 2020.
Today, upgrading to By-me Plus represents one of the most effective and strategic solutions for modernizing legacy Vimar installations, improving system performance, connectivity and long-term reliability without requiring a complete overhaul.
Full Yacht Refit – Advanced Crestron Automation & AV Integration
We recently completed a large-scale project onboard a luxury yacht, showcasing our expertise in high-end technology integration for the yachting industry .
This project involved a full refit of the yacht's automation and audio visual systems , reinforcing our commitment to delivering innovative, reliable and tailored solutions.
The result is a fully upgraded and seamlessly integrated environment, designed to enhance both onboard experience and operational efficiency.
A new Crestron-based integration was implemented, providing centralized control, intuitive user interfaces and long-term system scalability.
Lighting & Automation System Refurbishment – Crestron Integration
Built in 2015 by Cantieri di Termoli, the 50-meter M/Y BEATRIX accommodates up to 12 guests in a high level of comfort.
Over time, the yacht's lighting and shading control systems showed signs of aging, requiring both a technical upgrade and improved user interface ergonomics.
Based in Imperia (Italy), the M/Y BEATRIX entrusted ITE Yachting with the refurbishment and modernization of these systems.
Originally based on Crestron technology , the installation faced a critical limitation, as the crew no longer had access to the original source code or updated system documentation.
To address this challenge, ITE Yachting developed a tailored refurbishment strategy, restoring full functionality while enhancing usability and long-term system reliability.
Entertainment & AV Systems
Refit Crestron Integration
The M/Y GENESIA is a 40-meter yacht built in 1987 by Feadship.
The yacht has undergone two major refit programs, the most recent of which was completed in spring 2022.
As part of this latest refit, the interior spaces were completely redesigned, creating an opportunity to fully upgrade the yacht's audio visual and automation systems to meet modern charter standards.
ITE Yachting was selected following a competitive consultation process, standing out through innovative and tailored proposals based on the following key principles:
• System scalability
• Intuitive user interfaces
• Simplified technical architecture
• Long-term maintainability
Audiovisual & automation refit
Crestron integration
The M/Y FALCO MOSCATA is a 50-meter yacht delivered in 2010 by Perini Navi.
Like many yachts of this generation, the onboard audio visual system no longer meets current standards, particularly in the context of charter operations where performance and ease of use are essential.
ITE Yachting was therefore entrusted with the complete modernization of the yacht's AV systems across all onboard areas.
Leveraging our expertise and in-depth understanding of the yachting environment, we first conducted a comprehensive audit of the existing installation, followed by the development of a fully tailored refit strategy.
Automation, AV & Centralized Supervision Upgrade – Monaco
Launched in April 1921 from the shipyards of Detroit (USA), the 75-meter SS DELPHINE has built a remarkable history over more than a century at sea.
As one of the last operational steam yachts in the world, she has sailed across generations before returning in recent years to the Mediterranean, between Marseille and Monaco.
As part of a major refit program initiated in early 2020, ITE Yachting had the privilege of contributing its expertise to the modernization of this exceptional vessel.
During this project, we successfully carried out three major upgrade and refurbishment operations, combining respect for the yacht's heritage with modern technological integration.
Automation & Systems Diagnostics – Refit Support - La Ciotat Shipyards
The crew of M/Y EXUMA appointed ITE Yachting to diagnose and resolve technical issues affecting several onboard systems.
This intervention took place during a major refit of this 164 ft Perini Navi yacht at La Ciotat Shipyards, where we were able to bring our expertise to this exceptional vessel.
As part of this project, we carried out detailed diagnostics and successfully restored the functionality of several key onboard installations.
